Description This 1,200-acre ranch is a sportsman’s dream. There is a total of 65 acres of water consisting of three lakes. Each lake has shallow water flats with plenty of vegetation for ducks. A boat would probably be necessary to get to the backside of the lake to hunt the shallow flats. A boat will be available on request. The ranch itself has plenty of oak trees, cactus and other types of forage for turkey. There are stands throughout the ranch and plenty of cover. The ranch has not been hunted that much in the past for ducks and turkey, but there is an abundance of both. |
