Description Kickapoo Ranch has two locations. The first location is the 13-acre lake that has lots of shallow flats with loads of coontail. Even though the lake is exposed and close to dwellings, the land owner claims that they get a lot of birds. Please post reports to back his claims. Blinds should be in place; however, it would be a good idea to have some sort of camo netting or material to touch up the blinds if needed. The second location is a 285-acre track of high weeds with a thick creek bottom. The creek bottom is a natural travel corridor for deer and hogs. |
